We are a small team of entrepreneurs with a wide-range of business development experience. Travis Charters is the visionary for Mind Suede and came up with the idea as he was managing dozens of high-performing sales professionals and gradually running out of the capacity to provide meaningful training for his teams as the company scaled. Rather than hiring managers, Travis decided to find a Learning Management System (LMS) that he could use as a tool to provide the daily support his teams needed. However, every LMS he found required someone to manage the program which defeated the purpose. It was this realization that motivated him to create and build a platform that allowed him to expand his capacity without increasing expenses.

Today, Mind Suede is being used by managers in a wide range of industries in all areas of business from sales, to production, to administration increasing productivity by providing on-demand training videos for their teams.
